Services Available under Beneficiary Services tab:

  1. Beneficiary can apply online for solar connection using the link Apply Online.
  2. Beneficiary can Track his application status with the help of Beneficiary ID, using the link Track application status / payment. The beneficiary ID is sent through SMS on registered Mobile no.
  3. The Beneficiary can do online or offline payment of Firm Quotation if its current status is FIRM QUOTATION ISSUED SUCCESS.
  4. The Online payment of Firm Quotation has options like Internet Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, Cash Cards, UPI, etc.
  5. If Beneficiary’s current status is PAYMENT RECEIVED then Search Vendor button will be activated which will allow beneficiary to-choose the available empanelled vendors using OTP based system.
  6. While assigning Vendors if no Vendor is available for selection then quota for that circle is exhausted. The message will be displayed to the Beneficiary.
  7. ON-HOLD status Document Re-Upload: While searching application status; if current status for a Beneficiary is A1 Form Submitted and below the Application Status tab if Upload Documents tab is visible then the Beneficiary has to re-upload the document as per the SMS received by him.
  8. Beneficiary has to upload the bank details under ‘Bank Details’ tab if current status is REJECTED after JOINT SURVEY for refund of quotation amount. Beneficiary has to submit the bank details viz. account no. and IFSC code of the bank using OTP based system.

General ServicesAvailable to Beneficiary:

  1. For all the major stages of AG offgrid solar application; SMS is sent to the Beneficiary on his registered mobile number and e-mail is sent on his registered e-mail ID.
  2. For change in Registered Mobile Number which is already fed (while filling A1 form) contact SE (O& M) of the concerned circle.
  3. Facility for logging the complaint is available: either make a call to Call Center Numbers 18002123435/18002333435 or write an e-mail to agsolar@mahadiscom.in.
  4. Beneficiary can track the application status using MAHAVITARAN Mobile App. A separate tab is present off-grid Solar Agri Pump Appl Status which facilitates Track Your Application Status and online Vendor Selection in case of current status is PAYMENT RECEIVED.
  5. If an application’s current status is A1 Form Rejected then its Reason for Rejection is also mentioned.
