Select list for the post of Sr. Manager (F&A), Dy. C.I.R.O., System Analysts, Programmer, Asstt.Programmer, Jr. Engr.(Dist.), Sub Engr. (Dist.), Asstt. Director (V&S), Vigilance Officer, Dy. Vigilance Officer, Jr. Law Officer under direct recruitment advertised vide Advt. No. 1/2013 and Programmer and Jr. Programmer under Internal Notification.
  • Advt.No.1/2013 was published for filling in the various posts of Accounts, Industrial Relation, I.T., Technical, V & S and Legal cadre.  The Online test of the candidates was held during 06/11/2013 to 08/11/2013 at various test Centres and interview held during the period from 02/12/2013 to 09/12/2013 at Mumbai.
  • Taking into consideration the performance in the Online test and Personal Interview, the select list has been prepared.
  • In case of Sub Engineer (Dist.), the select list is declared subject to the outcome of Bombay High Court bench at Nagpur Division in Writ Petition No. 6042/2013.
  • Those reserved category candidates who are selected on merit have been treated as Open category candidate in the select list.
  • The select list will not confer any right on the candidates for appointment.
  • The selection of the candidates is purely on provisional basis subject to confirmation of the pre-requisites and other conditions as notified in the advertisement.
  • It shall be the responsibility of selected candidate to produce supporting documents in support of information/ details mentioned in the System Generated Application.  In case the candidate fails to produce requisite document, his/ her candidature is liable to be cancelled.  
  • In case of departmental employees of the Company, the selection is provisional, subject to verification of disciplinary action and vigilance investigation if any.
  • If it is subsequently found that, any selected candidate is not fulfilling the requirement of pre-requisites or not fulfilling any of the condition, his candidature is liable to be cancelled.
  • The selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in the territorial jurisdiction of Company.
  • Maharashtra State Public Services (Reservation for Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes, Denotified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Class and Other Backward Classes) Act., 2001 has been enforced by the Govt. of Maharashtra from 29th January 2004.  As per the provisions under Sub-section 2(ii) of Section-4 of this Act, the principle of Creamy-Layer has been made applicable to all categories except Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes i.e. VJ (A), NT (B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC & OBC Category.  The candidates should produce current years Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the prescribed form issued by appropriate authority as per Govt. of Maharashtra Circular No. CBC-10/2006/PK15/BCR-5 dtd. 05/06/2006.
  • For claiming the benefit of reservation under Backward Class category, the candidates should produce a caste validity certificate issued by Caste Scrutiny Committee.  The candidates applying without caste validity certificate of caste claim, if selected, will be appointed provisionally only after submission of proof of submission of documents to appropriate Caste Scrutiny Committee for caste validity as per G.R. No. BCC-2009/P.No.291/09/16-B dtd. 05/11/2009 & G.R. No. BCC-2011/P.No. 1064/2011/16-B dtd. 12/12/2011.
  • While every care has been taken in preparing the results, MSEDCL reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake.
  • MSEDCL regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
